PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome), for some woman the symptoms are quite annoying and discomforting, but for others it could be very painful. Can be vary from woman to woman and from cycle to cycle. Not only physical (uncomfortable symptoms) but also psychological. Pain all around tummy, breast tenderness, headache, insomnia, mood swing, etc. etc.
I used to have most of the symptoms, 3 days prior are usually the worst. Combine with stress or depression, it get worsen.
But now, I'm free from some of the symptoms.
Some simple ways are:
- Free myself from stress and any depression. How? Everybody needs to have a hobby. Now, instead of waiting till I have spare time, I spare some of my time for my hobby :)
- You are what you eat. So true. Manage a healthy diet, gets me to a healthier life.
- Exercise. I do jogging at least 5 days in a week, for a least 15 minutes.
- And basically I don't smoke, don't drink coffee, rarely stay up late (get enough rest).
